Finally! After months in the works, our website has launched (otherwise you wouldn't be reading this). CaptiveIllusions.com will be the place to come day after day, week after week, year after year as we will always be a project 'in the works' adding new products, resources, tips and humor.

Our ultimate goal is to be a one-stop-shop for all your quilting needs. At CaptiveIllusions.com you will be presented with quality quilting fabrics and notions. We seek to be a place to find ideas and tips, a place to share your triumphs and failures, and a place that will make your day just a little sweeter.

Our company was started 5 years ago selling fat quarters on eBay, taking our finished projects to craft fairs, and personalizing Christmas stockings with our embroidery machines. Over time, we have evolved into selling quilting fabrics by the yard and by the fat quarter - mostly because of our love of fabric and shopping! It is so hard to resist the many fine designs by Michael Miller or Kaffe Fassett's and we could never have completed enough quilts to justify the amount of fabric we were adding to our stash. Now we get to buy all our favorite fabrics and offer them to you... fulfilling our shopping addiction and sparking new quilting ideas every day.
